Muhammad Fareez Hazwan Mohd Fauzi (born 5 May 1997) is a Malaysian male singer, musician, and actor. He first gained attention after joining and emerging as the winner of Mentor Milenia 2016, where he was mentored by Hazama. The season also featured other contestants such as Qody Rany and Haqiem Rusli.
After the competition, Fareez released his debut single Lagu Radio, though it received limited response. He later collaborated with Haqiem Rusli in producing the song Aku Yang Bersalah, performed by Usop. After a period of challenges, he made a comeback with his second single Bersamamu. Not long after, he continued his music journey by releasing Sedar and a cover of Izinkan Selamanya Namamu Di Hati alongside Faez Zein. With his experience in both music and entertainment, Fareez continues to build his career and presence in the industry.
